What is the return policy?
We accept returns of unopened VitaBolt purchased from our official store within 14 days of delivery.
Email: vitabolt.team@gmail.comfor a return authorization (RMA) before sending anything back. Faulty or incorrect items are replaced or refunded. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless we made an error.
When can’t I return VitaBolt?
- the seal is broken, packaging opened, or any amount used;
- the request is made after 14 days;
- it wasn’t bought from our store or an authorized retailer;
- it was damaged after delivery or stored improperly;
- the lot/expiry label, proof of purchase, or RMA is missing;
- it’s a free gift, sample, or an incomplete bundle.
